Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters from intake through resolution with minimal supervision
Lead case strategy, prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trials
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing updates and strategic insights
Collaborate with team members across the office and nationally on complex matters
Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
8+ years of litigation experience, with a focus in one or more of the following: general liability, personal injury, catastrophic injury, or transportation defense
Strong writing, communication, and client-facing skills
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience managing complex matters and first-chair trial work is a plus
Legal project management skills welcomed
