Responsibilities
Deliver frontline technical support and assistance to end users
Perform basic account administration and access support
Troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues
Maintain documentation and collaborate on issue escalation
Assist with onboarding and technology setup for new users
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or at least 1-2 years industry equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure Entra ID
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
Strong customer service mindset with effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing multiple requests
Preferred
Basic knowledge of macOS operating systems preferred but not required
