The Event Entrance Operations Supervisor will be responsible for deploying and operating advanced weapons screening systems during live events, ensuring a secure and seamless experience for guests.

Responsibilities
Deploy, set up, and calibrate advanced security screening systems
Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs to ensure system uptime
Manage system sensitivity settings, data resets, and network configurations
Coordinate equipment logistics (load-in/load-out, packing, labeling)
Liaise with clients to explain system performance and provide recommendations
Conduct on-site training for event security staff and venue teams
Maintain technical logs and post-event documentation
Ensure all operations align with company safety, compliance, and data security protocols
Collaborate with project management teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
3+ years in one or more of the following: Security/weapons screening technology or technical field operations, Stadium or event security operations with technology components, Public safety, military, or emergency management with tech focus, Event operations involving technical systems setup/calibration
Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort with tablets, apps, and networked systems
Physically capable of handling sensitive equipment
Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours
Preferred
Familiarity with CEIA app and NETID Anywhere, system calibration and interference/noise management, or system reset procedures, pack/unpack protocols, and shipping verification
Experience managing event staff or contract labor
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and cloud-based documentation tools
