Assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations
Prioritization of needs of each Local Health Ministry and department
Ensuring a patient centered delivery of care
Supporting quality, safety & risk programs
Continuous improvement activities
Regulatory compliance
Effective management and coordination of health services
Identifying, defining & solving complex problems that impact the management & direction of the business
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Training on how to use Automated External Defibrillator and stop the bleed kits
Minimum two (2) years' experience in healthcare
Skill in using computer coding programs and systems is necessary
Knowledge of coding policies and procedures and reimbursement practices necessary
Knowledge of health insurance processing and clinical policies is necessary
Skill in identifying and resolving problems necessary
Ability to prepare reports in accordance with detailed instruction is necessary
Good interpersonal skills are necessary as well as effective communication skills
