Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

As a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will provide financial leadership and analytics to enable informed decision-making by executive staff, overseeing planning, reporting, and performance analysis for Global Strategic Marketing and other critical initiatives.

Responsibilities
Deliver analytics and business support for executive decision-making; prepare and present performance summaries for senior leadership
Influence strategic and tactical decisions through robust financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk analysis
Lead financial oversight of Global Strategic Marketing’s P&L (~$150MM annual spend), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives
Manage all balance sheet and cash flow planning activities, including compilation, analysis, and distribution of management review packages for OEM, Plan, RLBE, and quarterly confirmations
Partner with Business Development and Corporate Licensing & Acquisition teams to evaluate new projects and partnerships linked to ADC future opportunities
Develop and maintain complex financial models for ADC’s Libre business KPIs; collaborate with Business Development Senior Director on deal forecasts for executive presentation
Take a finance leadership role in integrating the Bigfoot acquisition into Abbott, including financial reporting and system integration (e.g., Symphony)
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, including CFM 1090 for acquisitions and divestitures
Oversee preparation and analysis of capital projects for planning activities and month-end actuals
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow results
Serve as chief liaison between ADC’s Customer Experience organization and Corporate Business Technology Services
Lead financial reporting and analytics for ADC’s C360/AI Lighthouse initiative, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals
Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines
Drive adherence to EHS and Quality System requirements across financial operations
Mentor and develop FP&A team members; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Mobilize staff to work in cross-functional teams, empowering others while maintaining high performance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 8 years in FP&A or related finance roles, with leadership experience
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Strong communication and executive presentation capabilities
Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
Proficiency in financial systems and tools
