This role provides direct exposure to sophisticated clients and the chance to work within a collaborative, deeply experienced transactional team, focusing on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions.

Required

3–5 years of law firm experience
Mergers & acquisitions (buyer- and seller-side)
Private equity transactions

Excellent academic credentials
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
The ability to work efficiently on fast-paced, high-stakes transactions
Active member of the bar in the state corresponding to their chosen office
