Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively multitask across in-person and remote service environments
Strong technical ability to input and retrieve computerized information quickly and accurately
Solid mathematical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently without direct supervision
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple service channels
Preferred
One year of call center and/or sales experience
Experience working in a financial institution or member-service environment
