Responsibilities
Lead the design of new features and improvements across our cybersecurity SaaS product, from concept to implementation
Translate complex security workflows (endpoint, identity, network, email, and more) into simple, actionable user experiences
Partner with product managers and engineers to define problem spaces, scope MVPs, and input on planned phased releases
Use insights from UX research, data, and customer feedback to inform design decisions
Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and cross-functional collaboration sessions
Mentor other designers, sharing best practices in craft, process, and stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2+ years working on B2B SaaS or complex enterprise platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process—from discovery to final execution—across complex, data-heavy applications
Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and systems thinking
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints
A mindset for systems thinking, scalable design, and measurable impact
Preferred
Experience working with cybersecurity, IT administration, or similarly technical domains
