Responsibilities
Track project status, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and program files
Prepare routine reports, presentations, and decision-support materials
Identify issues requiring management attention
Analyze project costs and financial data
Reconcile data across federal financial systems (e.g., STARS vs. PICS:NE)
Support DOE-ID and DOE-HQ financial personnel with routine tasks
Assist with university funding processes and program documentation
Support routine reporting and program oversight
Coordinate with DOE financial teams on standard deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree and 5 years OR 7 years of direct experience
Strong analytical and project management skills
Knowledge of federal budgeting concepts
Proficiency in Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
Ability to gather, analyze, and present data clearly
