They are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator / Maintenance Technician to join their metal fabrication team, responsible for the setup, operation, and minor maintenance of CNC-controlled forming, cutting, and rolling equipment.

Responsibilities
Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches
Use CNC controllers to input and program machine operations
Adjust ram and back gauge locations per blueprints and process instructions
Measure height, depth, and thickness using calipers, gauges, and other precision instruments
Program CNC machines for new parts, ensuring customer specifications are met
Configure bend allowances for sheet metal and plate steel (stainless, aluminum, and regular steel)
Perform spot inspections of parts and ensure machine calibration
Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment
Perform routine and minor maintenance on machinery
Follow all safety procedures and Six Sigma/6-S practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of specific fabricating machine experience, especially press brake and ring roller
Working knowledge of metal forming processes and operating procedures
Ability to read and interpret job specs, shop drawings, and blueprints
Ability to perform intermediate math computations related to metal fabrication
Familiarity with structural metals and fabrication tools
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safe work practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
Preferred
Formal apprenticeship training is a plus, but not required
