Senior LevelCEI’s Solutions Division is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver agentic and generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for an experienced software engineer with a strong background in modern AI systems and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-driven solutions, including agentic automation, document intelligence, and advanced RAG systems
Deliver billable, client-facing development services and build strong client relationships
Apply modern AI concepts such as prompt and context engineering, agent orchestration, memory management, model routing, and evaluations
Build and deploy solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP
Work in agile, sprint-based delivery teams
Continuously improve solutions using observability and evaluation frameworks
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering background (Computer Science or equivalent experience)
Recent experience delivering production AI or agentic solutions in the cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with one or more agent frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph/LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, AWS Strands, Google ADK, Claude Agent SDK)
Experience building RAG and knowledge search solutions using tools such as Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, OpenSearch, Kendra, Weaviate, or Chroma
Familiarity with AI observability and evaluation tools (e.g., LangFuse, LangSmith, RAGAS)
Passion for staying current with AI technologies and participating in the broader AI community
Preferred
AI-related certifications (Microsoft or AWS)
Experience with data engineering or modern data platforms
Experience with cloud infrastructure and IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Azure Bicep, CloudFormation)
