Customer Success Manager

TrueFoundry is an AI/ML platform designed to help teams build, deploy, monitor, and scale GenAI and ML applications. The Customer Success Manager will own customer relationships, ensuring maximum value and a high-quality experience from onboarding to long-term usage.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure strong product adoption and satisfaction
Build trusted relationships with day-to-day users, project owners, and leadership
Drive high levels of retention and identify natural upsell opportunities (shared with Sales)
Guide customers through setup and initial deployment
Run onboarding sessions covering:
TrueFoundry Gateway basics
Deploying models or workflows
Using evaluation, monitoring, and cost controls
Ensure customers go live quickly and confidently
Understand customer goals and map them to relevant platform features
Recommend workflows, features, and best practices based on their needs
Troubleshoot usage issues (with help from Support/Engineering where needed)
Track adoption, ROI, product usage patterns, and customer health
Suggest optimizations for performance, cost, or workflows
Prepare periodic success reports and recommendations
Funnel product feedback to our Product & Engineering teams
Surface customer blockers and ensure timely resolution
Improve customer-facing content: docs, guides, tutorials, webinars
Help build processes for onboarding, QBRs, renewals, and success motions
Participate in educational content: playbooks, webinars, office hours, community calls
Add structure without adding bureaucracy — we’re still early and fast-moving

Qualification

Required

3–6 years Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or Solutions role
Experience working with a technical product (DevTools, SaaS, ML/AI, cloud, or infra preferred)
Strong communication skills — clear, empathetic, and professional
Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities smoothly
Comfort with Light Technical Concepts
Relationship-builder with natural curiosity
Problem solver who enjoys helping customers succeed
Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats
