Responsibilities
Advise U.S. and international companies on expansion, relocation, and development initiatives
Counsel clients on corporate headquarters projects, manufacturing/distribution facilities, data centers, and major office developments
Identify, negotiate, and structure economic development incentives packages
Manage complex, multi-jurisdictional matters in a fast-paced environment
Produce high-quality written work product, analyses, and strategic recommendations
Collaborate closely with partners, associates, clients, and cross-functional teams
Mentor junior associates and foster strong internal team relationships
Travel as needed for client meetings, negotiations, and business development
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience advising on corporate relocation, economic development incentives, or related areas
Experience working with major corporate development projects across industries
Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills
Process-driven, highly organized, and able to manage competing deadlines
Skilled at client management and team collaboration
Able to work both independently and as part of a national, integrated practice group
JD required; strong academic credentials preferred
