Joint ventures and strategic alliance transactions
Restructuring transactions for investment funds
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
Proven ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and with clients
Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills are essential
Qualification
Required
JD from a top-tier US or Canadian law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing
7-9 years of corporate transactional experience in a large law firm setting
Demonstrated experience with a broad range of transactions, including private equity mergers & acquisitions and financings
Demonstrated experience with joint ventures and strategic alliance transactions
Demonstrated experience with restructuring transactions for investment funds
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
Proven ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and with clients
Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills are essential
Preferred
Familiarity with corporate tax matters is advantageous
