Advise leading clients on structured finance, securitization, and asset-based lending transactions
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of the office where you apply
3–6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or asset-based lending
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Preferred
AmLaw 100 or large law firm experience strongly preferred
