Responsibilities
Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
Upsell items and other complimentary items to customers
Look up records and enter customer information
Project positive image to customers always
Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
Stock and display merchandise as required
Provide cost of parts for customers
Make sure all displays are organized
Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
Qualification
Required
1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience Desired
Retail Sales Experience Required
Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory
Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog
Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for the powersports industry
Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts
Must pass pre-employment background check and MVR check
