Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population

Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required

Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Must possess an active and unrestricted New York State LCSW license
