Responsibilities
Provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS’ policies
Work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to realize their full potential
Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs
Utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in the state of NY
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
Valid driver's license
Bilingual Spanish is a required
Preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
