Behavioral Health Board Certified Analyst - BCBA - Pediatrics

BJC HealthCare is a community health center providing behavioral health services for children and adults. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for developing and evaluating behavioral treatment plans for pediatric patients, collaborating with treatment teams, and providing consultation and training to families and professionals.

Responsibilities

Partners with CPI team to help support behavioral escalations, as appropriate
Conduct functional assessments to identify the antecedents, behaviors and consequences of behavior
Develop behavior intervention plans, including strategies for teaching new skills
Provide consultation to families, caregivers and other professionals
Collect and analyze data as directed
BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job

Required

Master's Degree in Psychology or related field
2-5 years of experience
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
ABA trained
Familiar with pediatric/adolescent population
Ability to develop treatment plans
Ability to use technology and document in an EHR
Ability to educate multidisciplinary staff on how to approach, work with, communicate with, and help patients with diverse needs
Ability to conduct functional assessments to identify the antecedents, behaviors, and consequences of behavior
Ability to develop behavior intervention plans, including strategies for teaching new skills
Ability to provide consultation to families, caregivers, and other professionals
Ability to collect and analyze data as directed

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Doctorate
5-10 years of experience
