Responsibilities
Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites
Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation
Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment
Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections
Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred
Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
