Perform administrative and analytical duties in support of SOM educational and administrative operations
Participate in projects and activities that build and strengthen essential administrative skills
Complete projects during rotation and attend monthly didactic sessions

Required

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
Master of Education, Master of Educational Leadership, Master of Health Administration, Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Health, or other equivalent degree
Business coursework in Accounting/Finance, Operations and Business Administration
0 - 1 years of related experience
Skills to learn organization-specific and other computer application programs
Acquiring knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques
Basic skills to analyze and research information and learn to synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail
Basic program and project management skills
Ability to function as a member of a team
Basic communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality
Broad customer service orientation and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Uses organizational skills to multi-task in a high-volume environment
