Responsibilities
Support planning processes with various stakeholders across HQ and Field Finance
Deliver Deep Dives and provide insights before leadership reviews, manage communication with stakeholders and monitor closure of follow-up items
Drive standardization and automation implementations to improve the overall planning function
Responsible for strengthening controllership, bringing financial transparency, reducing defects, and driving improvements in operational cost
Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
2+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.) experience
Preferred
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
2+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
2+ years of data interpretation and analysis to influence stakeholders experience
