Responsibilities

Support case management processes and administrative functions
Perform data entry, case documentation, and file updates with accuracy
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist with insurance verification and Medicaid-related tasks (basic knowledge preferred)
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and productivity targets
Utilize Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—for reporting and case tracking
Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
