Perform routine financial analysis and reporting; high attention to detail; strong organization and customer service
Proficiency with online systems and information management tools
Demonstrated ability or motivation to rotate among departments, learn local processes quickly, and produce accurate work under changing priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
Ability to learn and apply sponsor/UC policies, Uniform Guidance concepts, and compliance requirements
Perform routine financial analysis and reporting; high attention to detail; strong organization and customer service
Proficiency with online systems and information management tools
Demonstrated ability or motivation to rotate among departments, learn local processes quickly, and produce accurate work under changing priorities
Preferred
Experience with UC systems or similar university financial/proposal systems
Proposal preparation and department-to-central office coordination
Demonstrated success managing complex portfolios across multiple investigators/departments
Documented experience producing financial forecasts/variance analyses and advising faculty independently
Strong stakeholder communication with varied PI styles; ability to deliver compliance guidance diplomatically
