Senior Account Executive
Sycurio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join their US (NorthEast) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving direct and indirect enterprise sales, focusing on expanding the company's footprint and selling new products into the existing customer base.

Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through direct and indirect sales channels within the US market
Enterprise Sales: Manage and close complex enterprise sales deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and Sycurio's solutions
New Product Sales: Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new Sycurio products and services to existing customers and new logo, maximizing account penetration and revenue
Direct and Indirect Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies for both direct customer engagement and through channel partners, optimizing reach and market coverage
Candidate must have success in hunting for net new customers and penetrating existing customers
MEDDIC Methodology: Utilize the MEDDIC sales methodology to qualify leads, manage opportunities, and ensure successful deal closure
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline 4x your quarterly targets in HubSpot CRM, accurately forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to sales management
Market Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities
Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, established partners, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives
Metrics-Driven Approach: Consistently track and analyse sales performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to optimize results
Qualification
Required
Degree level education or relevant industry experience
5+ years' sales experience in SaaS environments
Successful achievement of $1M+ targets, consultative enterprise solution, or technical sales
Proven success building pipeline and driving revenue through enterprise partnerships
Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle
Successful track record of partner development and sales growth through business development activities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship and rapport building skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A self-starter requiring low level management time and attention to perform day to day activities
Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple enterprise accounts and partners
Ability to craft go-to-market plans based on partner needs
Ability to make compelling business cases
Experience selling into the US Call Center Market
Knowledge of the Payments industry and the PCI Data Security Standards
Preferred
Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM is a plus
