Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI models tailored for digital health applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing healthcare platforms
Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy
Analyze healthcare data to extract meaningful insights and improve patient care
Lead research on emerging AI technologies relevant to healthcare innovation
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the AI engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in AI and machine learning with a focus on healthcare or related fields
Proficiency in AI frameworks and programming languages such as Python and relevant ML libraries
Strong background in data analysis, model development, and deployment
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for improving healthcare through technology
Preferred
Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations
Familiarity with React.js, PostgreSQL, and Node.js for full-stack integration
Knowledge of HRtech applications or digital health service platforms
Prior involvement in product design or user experience improvements in AI systems
