Responsibilities
Provide daily support for multiple financial systems, ensuring stability, data integrity, and timely reporting
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; escalate and execute solutions as needed
Lead projects or product enhancements, collaborating across IT, finance, and vendor teams
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
Design, document, and implement technical solutions in line with the hybrid project/product lifecycle
Develop and execute test plans, train end users, and create process documentation for knowledge transfer
Monitor system performance, identify risks, and recommend process improvements
Stay current on healthcare finance systems, accounting practices, and new technology offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Masters preferred)
3-5 years of relevant experience supporting financial or healthcare IT systems
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Ability to operate independently with complex problem analysis and execution
Preferred
Knowledge of Cerner, Lab Billing practices, and Insurance policy workflows
Experience with Xifin and Atlas/Clinisys
Strong understanding of HL7 messaging standards
Database expertise: MySQL or PostgreSQL
EPIC Certification is a major plus
