Responsibilities
Lead and manage a cross-functional team focusing on data, model behaviors, and autonomous agents
Define and implement the strategic vision for the team, balancing short-term goals with long-term AI development
Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative culture
Act as the liaison between engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
6+ years of experience in AI, ML, or automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise across the entire AI lifecycle: data, model tuning, and agent systems
Experience with foundational models, RLHF, and multi-agent systems
Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong teamwork and collaborative abilities
Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility
