New Grad, Entry LevelCincyConnect Services is seeking dedicated and energetic Event Setup Staff to join their dynamic team in orchestrating a variety of events. This role is pivotal in ensuring gatherings are set up smoothly and efficiently, involving tasks such as preparing the venue and collaborating with event coordinators.

Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including seating arrangements, tables, and audio-visual equipment
Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure all necessary materials and supplies are prepared and available beforehand
Transport and arrange furniture and equipment as specified by the event manager or client
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area before, during, and after the event
Set up catering stations, bars, or other vendor areas according to event specifications
Provide support during the event to address any last-minute setup changes or issues that may arise
Qualification
Required
Must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules
Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and event organizers
Attention to detail to ensure all setups meet client specifications and quality standards
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred
Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required
