Responsibilities
Manage residential exterior projects from kickoff through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and material deliveries
Develop and maintain project schedules and production timelines
Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during construction
Resolve field issues, manage changes, and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate project handoff and closeout documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience managing residential exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, or remodeling)
Strong understanding of exterior construction methods and workflows
Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in the field and interacting with homeowners
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
