Customer Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver pre-sales assessments to AEs and clients
Ensure clients have the required IP rights (IPR) in place to address abuse
Recommend the appropriate package and pricing based on abuse types, client IPR, and relevant enforcement volume
Serve as Project Manager for customer onboarding, setting onboarding strategy and initial success criteria/KPIs based on pre-sales assessments
Coordinate onboarding tasks between CSMs and BPS to ensure timely execution and alignment
Guide customers through activation calls, clarify processes, and ensure expectations are clearly communicated
Lead BPS training and contribute to process documentation to improve consistency and scalability
Establish initial client workflows tailored to their specific enforcement needs
Maintain detailed onboarding documentation, reports, and process improvements for future scalability

Required

5+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, intellectual property rights management, or related fields
Strong understanding of IP rights, brand protection, or legal processes preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven ability to build trust with clients
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Success, and Operations
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adopt new tools quickly

Preferred

Experience with online brand protection, legal IP processes, or SaaS onboarding
Familiarity with training or documentation development
Resilience and reliability when managing recurring tasks
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
