Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer (1-3 year)
GPAC is a national plaintiffs' litigation firm representing individuals and families harmed by corporate wrongdoing, and they are seeking Associate Attorneys with a commitment to plaintiff-side civil litigation. The role involves handling asbestos litigation cases, managing client communications, and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Written discovery (drafting, responding, and strategy)
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting and arguing motions
Trial preparation and second-chair trial work
Ongoing client communication and support
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the bar of the applicable state
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on behalf of injured clients
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
Plaintiff-side asbestos litigation background preferred
Other desirable experience includes personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability
