Responsibilities

Participate in automation initiatives and contribute to the development of insightful dashboards and tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Automate routine finance processes (data collection, reconciliations, reporting) to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
Partner with Finance Shared Services teammates to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Partner with the analytics and integration team and other Finance functions to brainstorm and execute continuous improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency
Prototype solutions, measure impact, and scale successful automation's
Translate financial business processes into scalable solutions for the enterprise requiring a deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates at Completion (EAC) data, financial analysis, and performance reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
3+ years of experience with analytics tools including: Tableau, SQL, R, and Python
3+ years of experience working with financial tools such as Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), and Enterprise Accounting Systems (EAS)
3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required

3+ years of experience with the Boeing Financial Systems
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
Proficiency in integrating work across teams, functions, and locations
Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
