Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering roles (posting → sourcing → screening → coordination → closing)
Review applications and proactively source high-quality passive candidates
Conduct recruiter screening calls to assess experience, communication, values, and role fit
Partner with engineering leadership to define role requirements, screening criteria, and hiring priorities
Coordinate and manage technical interviews led by the engineering team
Maintain clear pipelines, structured feedback loops, and decision timelines
Ensure a consistent, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience
Continuously refine recruiting workflows and interview logistics as the company grows
Act as a steward of our employer brand in technical and professional communities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house strongly preferred)
Proven success hiring senior software engineers in a high-bar environment
Strong screening instincts and the ability to identify promising candidates before technical interviews
Comfort owning recruiting operations independently end-to-end
Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work closely with engineers while respecting their time
Comfort operating in a profitable, product-driven, bootstrapped environment
