Responsibilities
Develop and implement FAB space layout plans using AutoCAD to maximize operational efficiency and accommodate production needs
Plan and manage capacity to ensure optimal production efficiency and resource utilization
Drive productivity improvements by analyzing workflows and identifying areas for optimization
Evaluate and control capital investments to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure layout designs align with operational and process requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required
Strong analytical skills for capacity planning and productivity improvement
Proficiency in AutoCAD for FAB layout planning and design
Knowledge of capital investment evaluation and FAB space optimization
2-7 years of experience in semiconductor industrial engineering or manufacturing is required
Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
Regular and consistent communication with headquarters to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and updates
Strong teamwork spirit and a proactive learning attitude
Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona facility
Preferred
Fluency in Mandarin speaking, listening, and writing is a plus
