Outside Sales Representative
The Worksphere is a leading commercial HVAC company specializing in service and maintenance solutions. They are seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth in the Long Beach and Torrance markets, focusing on selling commercial HVAC service agreements directly to building owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Prospect aggressively through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals
Build and manage a long-cycle B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot
Identify, qualify, and pursue commercial HVAC service agreement opportunities
Conduct in-person and virtual discovery meetings with building owners and executives
Develop tailored proposals based on client operational and budgetary needs
Maintain consistent multi-touch follow-up to move deals through extended sales cycles
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with a focus on closing profitable business
Close new accounts and expand territory presence in Long Beach and Torrance
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Partner with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of B2B outside sales experience
Proven success in outbound, hunter-style sales environments
Demonstrated ability to manage and close longer, consultative sales cycles
Experience selling technical, service-based, or industrial solutions
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
Highly self-motivated with a relentless drive to win new business
Comfortable engaging C-level executives and building owners
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quotas
