Responsibilities
Oversee all facets of projects including the physical construction, schedule, required reports and financial aspects as well as interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager
Previous experience running multi-million dollar projects (including experience with new construction built from the ground up)
Good computer skills, including proficiency using MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
