Responsibilities
Provide support to assigned underwriters and brokers throughout the policy lifecycle, including but not limited to, invoices, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals
Ensure files are completed to meet compliance requirements. Collaborate with offshore resources to ensure accurate data processing
Assist in managing the credit control aspects of the business
Be aware of the annual business plan for the Underwriting Division(s) your role supports
Maintain administration duties within the department to ensure effectiveness and professionalism
Input data accurately on relevant systems to maintain up-to-date information
Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and internal service standards
Respond to client requests with excellent customer focus
Develop effective working relationships with internal customers and the team
Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately
Preparation of policy documentation including wordings and debit notes
Assist in technical processing to ensure accurate transactions
