Responsibilities
Install solid surface acrylic and laminate countertops accurately and efficiently
Read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and work orders
Perform on-site fabrication, scribing, seam work, sanding, and finishing as needed
Properly handle, transport, and install materials to prevent damage
Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
Maintain high standards of workmanship and job-site cleanliness
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and installation standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience installing solid surface acrylic countertops
Strong knowledge of all types of laminate countertops
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
Experience with seam setting, sanding, and finishing solid surface materials
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to lift and carry countertops and materials up to 75 lbs
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
