Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, skills development, product knowledge, and sales techniques
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales tools and resources, such as presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and competitive intelligence materials
Analyze sales processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
Evaluate, deploy, and manage sales enablement technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and analytics tools
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets and professional growth
Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from the sales team on enablement tools and training programs. Continuously refine and improve based on input and results
Plan and execute any training programs and events that require in person involvement; including Sales Kickoff Events and travel on an as needed basis

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience (4+ years) in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, with a track record of driving sales performance
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and strategy
Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales engagement platforms)
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate a team
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or training is a plus
