Outstanding portfolio showing strong visual taste, animation fundamentals, and hands-on execution
Proven ability to concept ideas, design styleframes, and direct character animation
Expertise translating abstract or evolving ideas into cohesive, high-quality visual systems
Advanced skills in After Effects and Photoshop; working knowledge of 3D tools and workflows
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience as an Art Director, Motion Designer, or Animator (agency, in-house, or vendor-led)
