Responsibilities
Lead end to end delivery of complex GMP pharma capital projects, acting as the client representative
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, vendors and stakeholder communication across design, construction and CQV
Build new client relationships across the local pharma and biotech community, identifying opportunities and bringing projects into the business
Develop a presence in the Pennsylvania market with the full support of a national team
Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, construction, commissioning partners, quality and operations
Mentor junior staff as the regional team grows
Qualification
Required
Technical degree in engineering, construction or related field
8 to 12 years' experience managing capital projects in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing
Proven background as an Owner's Rep or experience representing a pharma client directly or via a third party
Strong network or knowledge of the Pennsylvania pharma market and the confidence to open doors
Experience managing design firms, GCs, CMs, vendors and equipment suppliers
Track record delivering projects of $10M+ total value
Clear communication style with the drive to build something long term
Entrepreneurial mindset, self starter, business builder
