Responsibilities
Managing multiple construction projects at once
Participating in design-build project planning
Overseeing project design team
Managing construction and closeouts
Coordinating project bidding efforts, generating scopes of work, and identifying long lead time items
Preparing contracts for subcontractors
Preparing change orders
Monitoring, reviewing, and controlling project costs
Participating in obtaining local municipality approvals
Compliance with all required regulations
Qualification
Required
3-5 years construction experience on industrial/commercial buildings including project management, construction, civil engineering, or related experience including construction inspection work and supervision of construction projects
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Engineering or Construction Management or Project Management
Software Skills Including: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word
Must be able to travel to job site locations as needed
Must have general building construction experience from footings through MEP, all aspects of site work, demolition and retrofitting of facilities
Experience with parking lots, paving, road widening, sidewalks and curbing work
