Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and monitoring bank’s network
Develops wireless, LAN, and WAN solutions, and leads enterprise connectivity initiatives that implement new technologies
Possesses the business acumen to communicate with business stakeholders, and management to translate business needs into solutions while working closely with other IT departments to ensure solutions conform to security and governance standards
Contributing to the overall strategic vision of the organization and integrating a broad range of ideas regarding Network solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience required
10 years of equivalent work experience in Information Technology field supporting and maintaining infrastructure/applications required
7 years of experience with managing and supporting network systems required
Working knowledge in setup and troubleshooting of server hardware and operating systems
Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrable experience collaborating with technically oriented as well as business audiences
Ability to articulate complex technical issues in plain / understandable business language
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work well with end-users
Proven successful collaborator among peers, colleagues, and management
Ability to create detailed network topology diagrams
Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy as needed to create quality deliverables
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results
Excellent time management skills
Familiar with systems administration and data management
Familiar with network infrastructure components, including hardware and security tools
Knowledgeable of virtualization solutions
Knowledge of information security and how it relates to management of infrastructure
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Preferred
Professional certifications in technology from vendors such as Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, and/or related, or equivalent work experience with technology from these vendors preferred
