Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
At least two years of experience in an office environment
One year of experience directly related to fundraising
Excellent communication skills and judgment with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with donor databases
Strong customer service ethic
Preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms and design/marketing software (Canva, MailChimp) a plus
Background in fundraising
Detail-oriented
Cultivates meaningful relationships
Familiarity of non-profits
Solid comfort with managing databases
Experience with sourcing of, applying for, and management of grants
Experience in marketing, communications, and social media a plus
