Responsibilities
Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation
Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements
Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs
Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness
Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions
Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved
Works under general supervision
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or computer science
More than 1 year of experience in manufacturing or fabrication environment
More than 1 year of experience using Excel to perform data analysis
More than 1 year of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Preferred
Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Active U.S. Security Clearance
Experience in Model Based Definition (MBD)
Experience in First Article Inspection (FAI/AS9102)
Experience with Composites or Metals fabrication
Experience in a role that required presentation skills
