Responsibilities
Analyze data and map current-state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Support the design and implementation of improved processes, tools, and technologies within purchasing and supply chain operations
Partner with cross-functional teams to recommend process changes and help ensure smooth adoption with minimal operational disruption
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making
Develop clear process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
Proficiency with Excel (including Power Query) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across teams and clearly communicate insights and recommendations
