Responsibilities
Set up, maintain, and update vendor records in the accounting system
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all vendor data (payment terms, Tax IDs, addresses, banking details)
Review and validate vendor documentation (W-9s, ACH, tax information)
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding account setup and changes
Collaborate with the AP team and other departments to resolve vendor discrepancies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, with strong vendor maintenance expertise
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle sensitive/confidential information
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred
NetSuite or Workday experience
