Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for commercial construction projects
Manage projects from bid award through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
Oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
Communicate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial construction project management and estimating
Strong understanding of concrete, structural framing, metal buildings, and tenant improvements
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid organizational, scheduling, and cost-control skills
Professional, client-facing communication abilities
