Responsibilities
Assists in the daily administration of projects
Participates, within areas of responsibilities, in the development of engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting, and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities, according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, budget, and contractual specifications
Assists in reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up on activity, critical deviation of activities, and/or potential risks
Enforces QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibility
Coordinates the involvement of Group operating centers and partners working on the project for the assigned portion of work
Coordinates engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations
Participates in ensuring that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time
Assists in the preparation of documents required by contracts and authorities
Provides information and data necessary for activities within the disciplines' areas of responsibility
Participates in defining equipment lists
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering
Demonstrated solid basis in project management
Ability to work in a team-oriented and diverse cultural environment
Good command of English
